Do I really only pay if I receive funding?
Yes. For most programs, we operate on a success-based model. That means no upfront fees, no retainers, and full alignment: we only get paid when you do. Some government programs (like IRAP) don’t allow for contingency-based billing. In those cases, we’ll provide a clear, fixed-fee scope of work upfront, no surprises, no fine print.
What kinds of funding do you help with?
We specialize in all forms of non-dilutive capital. This includes SR&ED tax credits, innovation grants, wage subsidies, government-backed loans and even SR&ED financing to unlock cash before your refund arrives. If it doesn’t cost you equity, we’ll help you get it.
How much involvement is needed from my team?
